Seattle, WA (Aug. 7)--SN John Self uses a P-5 pump to dewater a flooding boat, ironically named the "Loser's Boat", during Seattle's annual Seafair celebration on Lake Washington. Self, from Station Bellingham, Wash., along with three other members of a 41-footer crew, enforced boating safety regulations and conducted law enforcement boardings during the four-day event.
