Anchorage, AK (Apr. 1)--The Coast Guard responded to a anhydrous ammonia leak aboard the fishing vessel Ying Fa after it was siezed for illegally fishing in U.S. waters. The vessel claimed a Chinese flag, but became stateless when the Chinese government didn't recognize them as a chinese vessel. The Coast Guard was then able to seize the boat and tghe six tons of salmon aboard. U.S. COAST GUARD PHOTOS
