NEWPORT, R.I. (Aug. 8, 2005) Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd class Micheal Gagne and Seaman Andrew Alley from the Coast Guard Cutter Abbie Burgess, homeported in Rockland, Maine participated in the Aids to Navigation Rodeo held in Newport, R.I. at Pier 2 at the Newport Navy Base. These two Coast guardsmen competed against five other ATON Coast Guard Cutters along with ANT Bristol and Boston to assemble the light on a buoy. USCG photo by PA3 Kelly Newlin.
