BOSTON, Mass. (May 13, 2005)--Coast Guard Capt. James McDonald, Sector Boston Commander, and Capt. Mark Landry, first district Chief of Operations, present a certificate of merit today to Capt. Srdjan Tolja, on ther bridge the tanker vessel Sakura Express. Tolja, master of the Sakura Express, and his crew aided the Coast Guard by rescuing Lochlin Reidy, a sailor who spent over 20 hours in the Atlantic Ocean after being tossed overboard from his sailboat.
