CLEVELAND (Mar. 15, 2005)--Ens. Angel Rodriguez loads his weapon as he prepares to take part in the Simulations Course in Alpena, Mich. Rodriguez helped to train 18 students from different units from around the Ninth District in law enforcement. Before participating in a simulated boarding, the students lined up, a pace and a half away from each other and took aim.
