Jaffna, Sri Lanka (Jan. 16, 2005) A Coast Guard C130 airplane and crew from Barbers Point, HI., delivered over 34,000 pounds of food January 17 to the tsunami affected town of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. Four Coast Guard units from Airstations Clearwater, Fla., Elizabeth City, N.J., Barbers Point, HI., and Sacramento, Calif., are currently deployed to Southeast Asia to deliver aid.
