ARLINGTON, Va. (Oct. 6, 2003)--Coast Guard Commandant Thomas H. Collins presents the American Flag to David Rittichier, brother of Lt. Jack Columbus Rittichier, whose remains were found in Vietnam November 2001, and laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery.
