ARLINGTON, Va. (Oct. 6, 2003) -- Members of the Coast Guard Honor Guard remove the casket of Jack Rittichier during his funeral at the Memorial Chapel on Fort Myer. Lt. Jack Columbus Rittichier remains were found in Vietnam November 2001, and laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery.
