HIGHLANDS, New York (July 1, 2003)--Coast Guard Machinery Technician 2nd Class Ryan Duguay, of the Coast Guard Cutter BainBridge Island homeported in Highlands, NJ., holds his wife Lori July, 01, 2003, shortly after arriving home after a nine month deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
