NORTH ARABIAN GULF (March 27, 2003)--The U.S Coast Guard Cutter Wrangell, homeported in Portland, Me., travels up the Khawr Abd Allah River in Iraq March 28, 2003. Four Coast Guard 110 foot patrol boats are currently patrolling the waters off Iraq, the first time Coast Guard 110 foot patrol boats have been deployed to a theater of war since Vietnam.
