SEATTLE, Wash. (July 18) -- A 25-foot SAFEboat with twin 2500 hp engine used by the Marine Safety and Security Team 91101. The 25-ft. secure all-around flotation-equippped boat features a rigid collar around it that provides additional flotation, serves as a fender and makes the boat virtually unsinkable.
