Flamingo Cay, Bahama (Apr. 27)--A migrant is placed on an ambulance cart an wheeled away from a Coast Guard HH-60J helicopter at Oakes Field in Nassau, Bahamas Apr. 27. The migrants were suffering from dehydration and exposure. Some of the migrants were also suffering from kidney failure. The Coast Guard and the Bahamian Government continue to coordinate efforts to rescue over 300 migrants stranded on Flamingo Cay after their boat grounded nearly a week ago.
