Col. Ted Martin, the commander of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division -Baghdad, congratulates Lt. Col. Christopher Taylor, Aug. 1, 2008, after his promotion ceremony. Taylor serves as a fire and effects officer for the 1st "Raider" BCT. The Raider Brigade promoted 13 Soldiers throughout the day, awarded an Army Achievement Medal and held a reenlistment ceremony.
