Members of the Flying Needles Quilt Guild present Rear Adm. Janet R. Donovan, Deputy Judge Advocate General for Reserve Affairs and Operations, with a hand-made quilt as part of the Quilt of Valor project during a banquet at a returning warrior workshop. The workshops address issues incurred by mobilized service members and their families as a result of the member's deployment in a combat zone. Nearly 160 service members and spouses attended the three-day event that was open to both active duty and reserve service members.
