Marines and sailors with Black Sea Rotational Force 14, ground combat element, went on a six mile march at Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania, Dec. 6, 2013. Marines and sailors with BSRF-14 are part of an annual rotation of forces to promote regional stability and security, increase military capacity and interoperability, and maintain partnerships with their counterparts in Eastern Europe.
