Crew members from the Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw help prepare the ship for tomorrow's Christmas Ship festivities after the Mackinaw, serving as this year's Christmas Ship, arrived at Chicago's Navy Pier with more than 1,200 trees Dec. 6, 2013. Following a public ceremony, the trees, which were purchased by the Christmas Ship Committee, will be offloaded and distributed to deserving families identified by the committee.
