Tactically questioning a local Iraq shepherd, Lance Cpl. T.J. McCabe (furthest left), 27, an intelligence representative from Stafford, Va., with Company Level Intelligence Cell, Delta Company, 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd LAR Bn., Regimental Combat Team 5, and other Marines with the company ensure all is well in the area during a presence patrol though western Anbar province, Iraq, July 29, 2008. Since the CLIC was established December 2007 during the unit's mobilization, the Marines have apprehended several key drug and oil smugglers suspected of funding the insurgency. The members believe they have made an immense difference in the effectiveness of company level intelligence and are proud to be part of one of the few elements currently in operation.
