Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, Louisiana State University class of 1981 and previous member of the LSU Corps of Cadets, returned to campus Nov. 22 as part of LSU Salutes, a weekend of activities honoring veterans affiliated with the institution. Talley, now chief of Army Reserve and commanding general of U.S. Army Reserve Command, spent time with cadets currently earning their degrees and seeking commissions through the Reserve Officer Training Corps.
