    Task Force Tarpon Commander Army National Guard Col. Sylvester Cannon and Kabul City Mayor Mohammad Yunus Nawandish respond to local media during a question and answer session after a ceremony marking the official reopening of the Kabul Youth Corps Project an efficacious program aimed at providing work and life skills for young men in Kabul. The second term of the Kabul Youth Corps Project provides vocational training for approximately 100 Kabul males ages 16 to 20. The young men are trained in three categories, greenery, road building and sanitation. The training, which takes place in Kabul city, instills a sense of pride in the men as they contribute to the improvement of Kabul.
