Rear Adm. Joseph F. Campbell, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, presides over an oath of enlistment ceremony for six Delayed Entry Program recruits at the Delaware State Fair during Delaware Navy Week. The ceremony took place during a performance by the Naval Academy band, the Electric Brigade, who are performing daily during the state fair. Navy Week is designed to raise awareness in metropolitan areas that do not have a significant Navy presence.
