Secretary of the Navy Raymond E. Mabus speaks to Marines and sailors during an all-hands call held at International Security Assistance Force Headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan, Nov. 19, 2013. The 75th Secretary of the Navy thanked those in attendance for their contribution to the ISAF mission in Afghanistan. During his visit, Mabus met with U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., the commander of ISAF and U.S. Forces–Afghanistan, answered questions and spoke to Marine Corps and Navy personnel about the current and future of Navy operations.
