Toyota Industries Shuttles Rugby Team captain and running back, Shotaro Ohnishi, uses the Torii Gym to exercise during a coordinated visit made possible by Yomitan Mayor, Denjitsu Ishimine, a former rugby player and a fan of the sport and Col. Sheila Bryant, commander, 10th Regional Support Group on Nov. 7. These types of visit serve to enhance bilateral relationships between the U.S. soldiers, family members as well as American and Japanese employees through sporting initiatives like rugby.
