The deployees are two of 26 personnel who arrived from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, in support of the exercise which runs through Nov. 29. The new arrivals will join more than 40 Airmen here who deployed from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Nov. 5. Kiwi Flag personnel are supporting Exercise Southern Katipo - held on New Zealand’s South Island - by managing air operations and providing cargo and passenger airlift including tactical air drops to SK participants. SK hosts nine countries involved in air, land and maritime operations. Roscoe and Davenport deployed to the 517th EAS from the 535th Airlift Squadron, JB PHH.
