Explosive Ordnance Technician 3rd Class Troy Padmore, assigned to Commander, Task Group (CTG) 56.1, uses an underwater imaging system to survey a mine detonation site during training evolution aboard the forward staging base (Interim) USS Ponce (AFSB(I)-15).
