Members of the People's Liberation Army demonstrate their disaster management techniques to their United States counterparts Nov. 12 at Marine Corps Training Area - Bellows. Soldiers from United States Army Pacific, Hawaii Army National Guard and Army Corps of Engineers along with representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency will participate with the PLA participate in the Disaster Management Exchange. This exchange is an opportunity to HA/DR share lessons learned from real world events.
