A U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew and San Diego emergency medical personnel work together to prepare an ailing man to be transported to the hospital after he may have suffered a possible stroke while aboard a tanker Nov. 13, 2013.
