Civilians displaced by Typhoon Haiyan board a U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J Super Hercules at Tacloban Air Base, Nov. 13, before being transported to Manila. U.S. service members are assisting the Armed Forces of the Philippines as they preform recovery efforts for the people affected in the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan.
