The U.S. Navy and NASA conducted a joint ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday, Nov. 4, to mark the offical opening of Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) to field carrier landing practice (FCLP) for Navy E-2 Hawkeye and C-2 Greyhound aircraft.
