Brig. Gen. Kurt Ryan, commanding general 593rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), was honored in a ceremony held Nov. 4 at Carey Theater, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. The ceremony was held in order for JBLM and Lt. Gen. Robert Brown, the I Corps commanding general, to formally welcome Ryan with an 11-gun salute and some quick comments.
