                            Stephen “Smitty” Smith, the Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum curator, sits in an M-151 Military Utility Tactical Truck, or MUTT at the museum aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Oct. 25. Smitty started out as a volunteer at the museum when it was in Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, Calif., before he became the curator in 2000.
