Phoenix native Khadijah F. Garner, a sergeant in the U.S. Army, was formally inducted into the non-commissioned officer corps at a joint Army and Air Force NCO induction ceremony. Garner, a transportation management coordinator with the Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 28th Transportation Battalion based out of Mannheim, Germany, is currently serving her first deployment in Kuwait in support of the global war on terror.
