The moon rises over a desert compound near Forward Operating Base Shir Ghazi, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Oct. 19, 2013. A convoy of Marines with Combat Logistics Regiment 2, Regional Command (Southwest), passed the compound during a five day combat logistics patrol through the area.
