Heat casualty: C Co., 1st Battalion, 108th Armor Regiment tankers Sgt. Arnold Ray Jarvis and Sgt. Jason B. Begley, both from Ringold, Ga, change the tire on a 5-ton. The tire was damaged when it ran over a track and disintegrated as a result of the extreme temperatures in Yusifeyah, Iraq.
Temperatures have peeked above 130 degrees during the hottest part of the day.
