Newcomb, a native of Orfordville, Wis., and mechanic shop foreman with Task Force Lifeliner, gives a winter training class to better prepare the soldiers for upcoming cold weather conditions, Oct. 26, 2013, at Bagram Air Field, Parwan province, Afghanistan.
