Marines with 1st Platoon, Bravo Company, Battalion Landing Team, 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, NATO International Security Assistance Force, patrol through a city in Helmand province, Afghanistan. The Marines have seen a dramatic change from when they first fought their way into the former Taliban stronghold. Over the past weeks, Marines have begun encouraging local rebuilding efforts and continue patrolling the streets as a show of force.
