Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert gives a plaque to Capt. Andrew Loiselle, commanding officer of the aircraft carrier USS George H. W. Bush (CVN 77) after he and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Mike Stevens held an all-hands call aboard the ship. During the all-hands call, Greenert reenlisted 16 sailors and spoke to the crew as well as answered their questions about the current and future status of the Navy.
