Quarter Master 3rd Class Nathan Bolton, a search and rescue (SAR) swimmer stationed aboard guided-missile destroyer USS Chaffe (DDG 90), attaches a casualty to a rescue litter during a simulated man overboard drill at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The training was run by the Afloat Training Group Middle Pacific which provides dynamic, quality afloat training for the Navy and Coast Guard in the Middle Pacific region designed to mantain a combat-ready force capable of performing a broad spectrum of maritime missions.
