    Petty Officer 1st Class Jeff Nodine, assigned to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Regional Dive Locker, provides instruction to a group of Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets during water survival skills training at Richardson Pool. Eight Navy Divers from PHNSY Regional Dive Locker provided life raft familiarization, basic swimmer techniques and abandon ship procedures for 90 cadets from the Hawaii NJROTC 2008 Leadership Academy at Pearl Harbor. Each year, the academy brings together students from all over the Pacific region, including students from Japan, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska and the western continental United States, for 10 days of leadership, academic and physical training.
