Sgt. James Sanders, an intelligence analyst assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 10th Regional Support Group, participates in an early morning workout Oct. 3rd at Torii Station’s Fitness Center. Sanders, a Charlotte, N.C. native, is one of five Okinawa based runners who will join two runners from Camp Zama, Japan to form the seven-person United States Army Japan team who will compete in the Army 10-Miler race Oct. 20th in Washington, D.C.
