Gunner's Mate Seaman Jonathan Strong, assigned to weapons department's combat missiles division, fires a shot line from the guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84) to the fleet-replenishment oiler USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8) during an underway replenishment.
