The members of the Pacific Fleet band entertain children at a Pacific Partnership engineering civic action program at Bario Pite elementary school. Pacific Partnership is a four-month deployment by the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy to assist the governments of participating nations with medical, dental and construction civic assistance programs.
