Members of the AFP, and U.S. Marines and sailors from 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade, III Marine Expeditionary Force, are conducting humanitarian and civic assistance projects, which include engineering projects and cooperative health engagements, in Legazpi City as part of PHIBLEX 14. Humanitarian and civic assistance projects enable our military forces to learn about each other's culture, train together, and improve interoperability while providing services to areas with identified need.
