U.S. Air Force Col. Nancy Bozzer, 100th Operations Group commander, laid a wreath Sept. 28, 2013, against the tree that marks the crash-landing location of the Dorsal Queen, a B-17 Flying Fortress. After a ceremony commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Sept. 26, 1943, collision involving two B-17s, Bozzer, along with several other Team Mildenhall Airmen, traveled to the crash site to pay respect to the deceased.
