Navy Diver 3rd Class Kyle Duncan, assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Expeditionary Support Unit 2, acts as an unconscious diver during a rescue demonstration with Regional Security Service diver of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Constable Vincent Gregoire, as part of Navy Diver-Global Fleet Station (ND-GFS) 2008. Global Fleet Station's mission is to maintain strong multi-laterial partnerships, support the U.S. maritime strategic goals and enhance regional stability and security by promoting multinational working relationships.
