Sgt. Daryl Williams, a Long Island, Va., native, sits in his hospital bed at the 86th Combat Support Hospital in Baghdad July 9 after taking the Oath of Enlistment. Williams, a sniper with the Scout/Sniper Platoon, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
