German air force Lt. Col. Ralf Lopau, deputy director and international program manager of the Partnership for Peace Consortium, addresses the PfPC’s Combating Terrorism Working Group Sept. 24 at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies here. The group of about 35 terrorism experts gathered to talk about the results of research conducted between this meeting and a previous meeting, and present those findings during a series of briefings to the group. There are about 60 total members of the CTWG from 15 countries. Partner countries include Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, and Serbia among others.
