Paul Risch of Almacenter, Wis., with the 327th Engineer Company from Onalaska, Wis., hammers a nail into a new watchtower at Forward Operating Base 8J and the nearby Internment Relocation Facility at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. It was the 10th, and final, tower the unit had to construct during Pacific Warrior Esercise 2008.
