Petty Officer 1st Class Rick Bauz of Horsham, Penn., has been selected
as one of the Coast Guard's top five Cadence authors of 2013, and his
cadence was released Monday at 11:30 a.m. Bauz is company commander at
Cost Guard Training Center Cape May, N.J., and was selected for his
