Kay Jackson (left) and Amy Frost unveil the bronze plaque that will be affixed to the outside of the “Specialist Christopher T. Fox Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility,” during a dedication ceremony, Sept. 14, 2013. Fox was killed in 2008 while deployed to Iraq as an infantryman with the 1st Bn., 68th Armored Reg., 3rd ABCT, 4th Inf. Div., out of Fort Carson, Colo. The facility will provide maintenance services for Army Reserve units throughout the Memphis area.
