A young boy places a rock on the wall that will later be part of a new well in Dhramma, Iraq, June 29. Two wells will be built in each of the towns of Dhramma and Romalia that will provide the people there with free water. Plans to build the wells were put together by Marines with Detachment 1, Civil Affairs Team 4, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5. The wells are being built because the residents do not have an adequate source of water.
